Emberdelve — Privacy Policy

com.tsorostudios.emberdelveEmberdelve (“the app”) is a single-player pixel action-platformer by Tsoro Studios (Tapiwa Makandigona).
The short version: Emberdelve collects no personal
data. The only thing it can ever send is anonymous gameplay statistics,
and only if you explicitly opt in — off by default, revocable any time in
Settings.
Details
- No personal data collected. No accounts, no names, no email addresses, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no free-text input.
- Optional, opt-in gameplay analytics. On first launch the app asks whether you want to share anonymous gameplay statistics (which levels you play, whether you finish them, and which settings you use) to help us fix bugs and improve the game. Nothing is sent unless you tap “Allow”, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → “Gameplay analytics”. If you opt in, this data is processed on our behalf by Google Firebase Analytics. Ad personalization signals are disabled and the app never accesses the advertising ID.
- No ads, no trackers, no data sales. The app contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party tracking beyond the optional analytics described above. We never sell or share data.
- Local save data only. Your game progress (coins, unlocks, settings) is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. It never leaves your device.
- Permissions.
VIBRATE(optional in-game haptics) andINTERNET/ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE(used solely for the optional analytics above; if you never opt in, nothing is transmitted). The Google Analytics library also addsWAKE_LOCKand a Play Store install-referrer binding of its own; the advertising-ID permissions it would normally add are removed from our build. No permission requires a runtime prompt. - Children. The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Analytics, when enabled, are anonymous gameplay statistics only.
